Ordered the wrong size / need to exchange?
Exchanges are only possible, by contacting our office within 5 days after receiving the product.
The PETZBED is to be returned in its original condition.
No returns will be accepted if the product has been used or tested.
Any signs of dirt, hair, smell... will void the option to exchange it.
The product must be returned to us in its original packaging.
The return courier fee will be for your account.
As soon as the item has been received back, we will exchange it for the size needed.
Shipping fee will be for your account. - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for a refund, contact us within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Same conditions as “exchange policy” apply.
Once the product has been received back, we will refund you the product purchase price in full (excl. shipping fee) - No guarantee can be given, or liabilities accepted, with the recommended use of this product.
